One of the nights we were in Boulder, our dear friend Sawyer took us to the restaurant she works at on Pearl Street- Salt. This ‘farm to table’ bistro was incredible, and everything we tasted was unbelievably good. One of my favorite parts of the restaurant was this ‘cocktail chart’ that allowed us to get creative with our cocktails. I would love to create something like this for a party or event! I ended up getting a blood orange/rosemary vodka fizz and it was DE-LISH! Cheers y’all!
