[amy’s kitchen] Asparagus + Prosciutto + Cream Cheese

To make this yummy app/side dish, you will need:

fresh asparagus


cream cheese

Separate the prosciutto slices, and spread a small bit of cream cheese on each piece.

Briefly blanch the asparagus, and soak them in ice water afterwards.

Gently pat dry the asparagus, and individually wrap each piece with a slice of prosciutto and cheese.

Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper and a pinch of salt.
